About
I am a Ph.D Candidate in University College Dublin's School of Law. My research examins the development of private antitrust litigation in Europe. I am particularly interested in any development regarding collective redress at national level.
I am also a part-time lecturer in French law and a teaching assistant and occasional lecturer in EU Constitutional law and EU economic law. I was an editor of the UCD Law Review 2010.
I hold an Undergraduate degree in Civil Law and a Masters Degree (Maîtrise) in Business Law from the Sorbonne Law School, Paris, and a LLM in Commercial Law from UCD School of Law. My Master's thesis adressed the development of group actions and collective redress mechanisms in European Union Member States.
I have previously worked as a research assistant in UCD, Ireland and as an intern in law firms in France.
My interests cover the fields of Competition Law and Antitrust litigation, Multi-party Litigation, Consumer Redress, European Law and Comparative Law.
